Tucker University Boot Camp
Each boot camp series runs Wednesday-Saturday, 10:15am-2:15pm.
June's series is June 14th-17th. It covers the following tools: Tucker Trimmer I, V Block, Wing Clipper I, and Corner Beam. You will need to purchase those tools, as well as the following technique sheets: Shaded Four Patch, Sidekick and High/Low, Pickets & Quickets, and Sliver. These are commonly-used Studio 180 Design tools.
July's series is July 19th-22nd. It covers the following tools: Square Squared or Large Square Squared, Quilter's Magic Wand, Diamond Rects, Corner Pop, and Split Rects. You will need to purchase those tools, as well as the following technique sheets: Little Houses and Stacked Squares. These are more intermediate tools and techniques.
August's series is August 23rd-26th. It covers the following tools: Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star and Tucker Trimmer III. You will need to purchase those tools, as well as the following technique sheets: Fussy Cut Lemoynes, Lemoynes as Triangles, Strip Pieced Lemoyne, Banded Lemoyne, Liberty Lemoyne, and Blazing Lemoyne. In this series, students will make a variety of beautiful, 8-pointed stars.
Each series is independent (students can sign up for one or for all three). The cost for each series is $80 per student. The fee must be paid at sign up and is non-refundable. This fee includes the instruction and required Tucker University Design Sheets (not the same as Technique Sheets); fabric is not provided. Full supply lists and design sheets will be provided once the class fee is paid.
