Happy May! Well it finally feels like spring! I have glacier lilies popping up in my back yard and geese fly over in the morning to swim in the pond. Everything is looking nice and green! I hope everyone has had a chance to catch up on unfinished projects while sheltering in place. I have spent all my packing my house. Not so fun! We have movers coming next week. We do have a rental here that we will be at and will be back and forth until Loren fully retires. We are planning on a June 1st date for Sarina to buy the store.
We get to open tomorrow!! Missoula County wanted all businesses to have a plan in place before opening. We have set the following guidelines as a plan for opening in phase 1. * We are limiting our capacity to 15 customers at one time in the store. * We will have hand sanitizer at the door and ask that everyone use it as they come and go out. We really don't have a good way to sanitize all the bolts of fabric. We can keep the cutting areas sanitized however. * Masks are optional. Please don't come in if you are not feeling well. * When in the store, we will practice social distancing as best as we can. We may have to point you in the right direction! * We will still offer curbside pickup if you are more comfortable with that. You can call in advance if you need anything.
Just a reminder on our store hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 5:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 4:00 Sunday: 12:00 - 4:00 Shopping online: anytime!! (free shipping on orders over $100)
We will be closed on Mother's Day. Happy day to all the moms!!
Class updates: We won't have souper sew this month. We will see what next month brings.
I will do my Saturday class by appointment for a couple reasons. I won't be able to be here on the 9th for one. We should only have 4 people in the class room for social distancing purposes. You can call if there is time that works best for you.
Toni would still like to have her last Tuesday class to work on foundation piecing. Please call the store to let us know if you plan on coming so we can plan accordingly.
We will not have any planned classes on the schedule for now. If you would like to come in and sew or need help with a project just call and make an appointment. We would be happy to help in anyway.
Lastly, thank you for all who have called in your curbside orders and for all of the internet orders. I am thankful that we were able to at least do that much for you. We feel truly blessed by all of you!
