If only we could sew fast enough to keep up with all of the projects we want to do! Whenever customers come in with a quilt top they are needing backing for, or come in to pick out fabrics for a new top, we are inspired by the beauty and sometimes desire to make it too! I don't let the fact that I have many "some day" projects in my sewing room keep me from buying new ones...especially when there's a sale...and we have one coming up June 21st-25th.

Soup-r-sew
Thursday, June 8th
Join us for a fun day of sewing and eating lunch with your friends! Bring a any project you want to work on. Lunch will be served around noon. Please let us know by Wednesday (the day before) if you will be coming, so that we can be sure to have enough food.
The fee is $5 (preferably cash, as this goes to the maker of the food and not to DCQ).

Tuesday, June 13th
Join Teresa in making "Curve It Up" by Sew Kind of Wonderful. You will learn how to use Sew Kind of Wonderful's "Quick Curve Ruler" to make this curvacious quilt! The price is $15/month for twelve months, and includes the fabrics for the top (Layout #1) and binding, as well as the pattern. The Quick Curve Ruler is sold separately ($26.00).
Tucker University Boot Camp Series #1
Wednesday-Saturday, June 14th-17th
June's series covers the following tools: Tucker Trimmer I, V Block, Wing Clipper I, and Corner Beam. You will need to purchase those tools, as well as the following technique sheets: Shaded Four Patch, Sidekick and High/Low, Pickets & Quickets, and Sliver.

Star 60 Tool
Tuesday, June 27th
Join Toni in learning how to use the "Star 60" tool by Deb Tucker of Studio 180 Design and make a "hollow cube". The fee for each class is $15 to Toni.
