I know exercise is important for healthy living, but I really like to think that quilting is exercise and fabric shopping is aerobic activity! Just think of all the muscles we use for those activities - cutting and pressing the fabric, picking up various bolts of fabric until we find the right one....definitely a physical workout ;-) So keep quilting and keep shopping - our "trainers" are waiting for your next session.Thank you for shopping with us!Sarina
