I was in the middle of modifying a dress that I made for my niece, when I came across this meme on facebook. It was so fitting for me. Garment making is a rarity for me and I think this is why: quilts always fit. If I make a twin size quilt (according to the dimensions on the pattern), it will fit a twin size bed; but when I made a size 6 dress (according to the pattern) for my size 6 niece, it did not fit. Thankfully, I was able to modify it and now she can wear it. I may dabble in garment making a bit more, but I just think quilts are more my niche. How about you? Whichever it is, we thank you for keeping us open by shopping with us!Sarina We are participating in two shop hops this month!!
